The Ministry of Youth and Sports commenced a three-day course on Monday on the Code of Conduct and Work Ethics for its employees and those of the Youth Care Fund.

The training, aimed at 50 participants, focuses on professional behavior standards essential for public service.

Minister of Youth and Sports Mohammed al-Muaydi, speaking at the course opening, emphasized the need for staff to understand and apply these principles to improve job performance and service quality.

Al-Muayadi highlighted the importance of this training in enhancing the effectiveness of national institutions and ensuring adherence to public service ethics, which reflect core Islamic values.

Undersecretary of the Youth Sector Abdullah al-Razihi outlined that the Code governs employee-supervisor relations and aims to combat corruption, improve work practices, and foster responsibility towards jobs and society.

Al-Razihi stressed the Code’s role in promoting honesty, integrity, and excellence in public service.

at the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance Dr. Mohammed al-Falahi commended the Ministry of Youth and the Code of Conduct teams for their efforts in equipping staff with essential skills and reinforcing job values.
