Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed Ali Al-Mawlid inspected the preparations and arrangements underway at the site of the September 21st Scout Revolution Festival in Al-Sabeen Square, which will be held tomorrow, Friday.
He listened to an explanation from specialists about the nature of the event that will be organized this year.
