Yemeni scholars call on nation to strengthen unity

The scholars of Yemen, and several scholars from Arab countries, called on the nation to return to God, unite the word and unite ranks, and reject forms of division and discord.

The statement was issued at the conclusion of the Yemeni Scholars’ Conference to Support the Palestinian People, held in the capital, Sana’a, entitled ‘The Nation’s Scholars and Duty to Support the Oppressed in Gaza and Palestine.’

The scholars also called on the leaders of the Arab and Islamic regimes and their peoples to take clear practical measures and stand united in confronting the criminal Zionist enemy and confronting the countries allied with it.

The statement stressed the prohibition of normalization with the usurping and criminal Zionist entity in all its forms and manifestations.

The scholars called on the nation’s peoples and regimes to strive to lift the siege imposed on the people of Gaza immediately, open land, air and sea ports, deliver food, medical and fuel aid and alleviate their suffering.

They stressed the
necessity of activating the weapon of boycott of the criminal Zionist entity and its supporters, states and companies, in all forms of political, economic, military, security, cultural, sports and other boycotts.
