A workshop focused on enhancing administrative skills for executive offices in Hajjah Province and its districts has commenced as part of the local authority’s development plan.

The workshop aims to train 210 participants, including district directors and staff from Zakat, endowments, health, education, guidance, and secretarial offices.

Hamoud al-Maghribi, the province undersecretary for culture and mobilization affairs, highlighted that the workshop is designed to strengthen institutional capacities and align with the national vision for building a modern Yemeni state.

He urged participants to fully engage in the workshop to achieve the intended improvements in performance and capacity building.

Mohammed al-Qadhi, the province undersecretary, emphasized the workshop’s role in standardizing work practices across districts, boosting institutional performance, and enhancing coordination among executive offices.

Al-Qadhi also outlined the workshop’s focus on management and planning from a faith perspective
, reinforcing faith identity, and adhering to leadership directives to elevate performance standards.
