Weather: Pleasant spring conditions in Palestine with temperature around its seasonal average

Pleasant spring conditions are expected today in Palestine during the day getting colder at night with temperature around its seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

A slight chance of light rain is expected in some areas, while the winds are northwesterly to westerly, light to moderate, and sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 14°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 20°C and a low of 13°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 16°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Sunday’s temperature is expected to rise and become slightly above the seasonal average but drops again on Monday and Tuesday until it reaches 5°C below the seasonal average with a slight chance of light rain on Monday night and early Tuesday in some districts, but mainly in the northern areas, said the PMD.
