RAMALLAH- The Palestinian News and Information Agency WAFA today said in its monthly report on Israeli violations against Palestinian journalists that it monitored 32 Israeli violations against journalists and media in October.

It said that the occupation forces continue to pursue and target journalists by firing live and metal bullets, firing tear gas, beating and arresting them, or taking them to court in order to silence them.

The report said that 23 journalists were injured from rubber bullets, tear gas canisters, severe beatings, and other attacks, while three cases of arrest, detention and shooting that did not result in injuries were recorded as well as six cases of attacks on press institutions and equipment.
