US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken Tuesday said the US plans to offer Palestinians more than $400 million in aid.
He said, “We must work together to deliver aid to civilians in Gaza, whether by sea, land or air… We must do our part to provide a safe environment and peace for Palestinians and Israelis.”
He noted that Israel must take more steps to reduce civilian casualties and that it has taken some important actions to open more crossings to overcome obstacles to the delivery of aid, but it can and must do more.
