Two young Palestinians were shot with live ammunition, and several others suffered from teargas inhalation today, as Israeli occupation forces attacked the weekly anti-colonial march in the town Kafr Qaddum, in the northern West Bank province of Qalqilia, according to local sources.

Murad Shteiwi, a local Palestinian activist, told WAFA that Israeli occupation soldiers fired live ammunition at the participants, resulting in two youths sustaining injuries to their thigh bones. The wounded were promptly transferred to Qalqilya Public Hospital, where their injuries were described as moderate.

In addition to live ammunition, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun grenades and teargas canisters, causing dozens to suffer from suffocation. Among those affected were women and children, who received on-site medical treatment.

The march commenced from the Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Mosque, with the participation of hundreds of village residents expressing their condemnation of Israeli crimes against the Palestinian peop
le and the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip.
