Turkish Interior Minister / Ali Yerlikaya / announced the killing of four militants after infiltrating from Iraq via two paragliders / paramotor /.
Yerlikaya said via his account on the X platform this evening, Sunday: “The fight against terrorists continues without interruption,” noting that the “Akinci” drone affiliated with the Land Forces Command monitored the violation of two flying objects coming from northern Iraq to the Turkish border in the “Dogon” Mountain area in the southeastern province of Sirnak.
He pointed out that the Turkish security forces identified the landing site of the two planes and were able to kill the four militants after clashing with them with machine guns and seizing the two paragliders, confirming the seizure of weapons and other materials in the possession of the four militants.
