The President of the Supreme Judicial Council And a French Delegation Discuss Cooperation in Combating Terrorism

The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, discussed with a French judicial delegation cooperation between the two countries in combating terrorism.

A statement by the Judicial Council media said that Zaidan received, on Wednesday, a French judicial delegation.

The statement added, “The delegation included Prosecutor General Jean-François Ricard, responsible for combating terrorism, Jean-Marc Ebro, Vice President and Coordinator of Counter-Terrorism Judges, Deputy Public Prosecutor Benjamin Chambers, and Charles Tellier – Liaison Judge. They discussed with him judicial cooperation between the two countries in combating terrorism and the exchange of requests for judicial assistance between the two countries.

The meeting was attended, according to the statement, by French Ambassador Eric Chevalier.
