Baghdad , The President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, called for the acceleration of the election of a Speaker of the House of Representatives.
The President of the Republic said in a post on his account on the X website: We call on the sisters and brothers, representatives of the people in the esteemed House of Representatives, to activate their role in electing a Speaker of the House of Representatives as soon as possible in order to continue the legislative and oversight role in a way that serves the aspirations of our dear people.
