The Council of Representatives decided to adjourn its session held today, Tuesday, after completing the second reading “report and discussion” of the draft law ratifying the agreement to avoid double taxation regarding taxes on income and capital and to prevent tax evasion and avoidance between the governments of Iraq and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
