The security services found the body of a member of the Tribal Affairs Office of MP Rafiq Al-Salihi murdered on the Khor Al-Zubair Road in Basra Governorate.
The Mayor of Al-Zubair district, Abbas Al-Saeedi, told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / on Sunday evening that the security services found the body of a security member working as the Director of the office of the Basra MP Rafiq Al-Salihi on the Khor Al-Zubair Road in Al-Khuwaisat area after he went missing yesterday morning, Saturday.
He added, “Investigations are underway by the security services to find out the circumstances of the incident.
In addition, MP Rafiq Al-Salihi confirmed that an outlaw gang assassinated a member of the Tribal Affairs Office, Falah Abdul Mohsen Al-Barakat, after he went missing yesterday.
Al-Salihi demanded that the accused killers who committed their heinous crime be referred to the judiciary as soon as possible.
