In a meeting chaired by Judge Ahmed al-Mutawakel on Monday, the Supreme Judicial Council condemned the horrific massacre perpetrated by Zionist forces against displaced individuals seeking refuge at al-Tabeen School in Gaza’s al-Daraj neighborhood. The victims had fled their homes, which had been destroyed.

The Council strongly criticized the lack of action from Arab and Islamic countries regarding these atrocities and war crimes against the Palestinian people.

It called upon the global community to urgently intervene, halt Zionist aggression, deliver aid to Gaza, and hold the perpetrators and their supporters accountable.

The Council expressed dismay at the international community’s silence, particularly the United Nations, Security Council, and other organizations, condemning their failure to address these grave violations.

Additionally, the Council approved the performance report of the Higher Judicial Institute for the year 1445 AH, as presented by the Minister of Justice.

It also reviewed and acted
upon various judicial requests and grievances, and discussed and decided on agenda items, including amending previous minutes.
