Ramallah Ma’an – The Higher Education Students Loan Fund in Palestine announced today the start of receiving applications for student loans for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, for undergraduate and intermediate diploma students in Palestinian higher education institutions.

The Fund explained that receiving applications begins today, Sunday, until Thursday, 9/26/2024.

He pointed out that the mechanism for submitting applications for all students is done by logging into their accounts on the Fund’s electronic services website through the link (http://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps) and entering the loan application data electronically and ensuring that it is saved. Then, students must submit all the required documents and supporting documents to the Deanship of Student Affairs at the educational institution, so that the institution’s employee will review the applications directly and the student will be given a form proving the submission of the application and its review (if the student does not c
omplete this step, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be considered).

The Fund indicated that students who do not have an account on the Fund’s website must create a new subscription before taking the above-mentioned steps, noting that assistance in this regard can be obtained through the link: https://tinyurl.com/n9y4sj8t .

The applicant for a loan must be a regular student at one of the higher education institutions in Palestine (bachelor’s and intermediate diploma students) and financially needy, and must have successfully passed at least one semester, and his cumulative average must not be less than 65% for a bachelor’s student, and 60% for a diploma student for the percentage system, and not less than (2) for the points system.

The student must also register for at least 12 credit hours in the first semester of 2024-2025 AD, and must not receive any grant or assistance from other sources.

It is noted that if the student loses his/her username and/or password, he/she must visit
the Student Affairs Department at his/her educational institution or access the link https://tinyurl.com/3fm9pamp .

It is also noted that the fees for parallel education students are calculated according to the regular fees and not according to the parallel study prices, noting that the percentage of the loan provided by the Fund does not exceed 75% of the tuition fees; not exceeding the value of (1000) Jordanian dinars, and not less than (100).
