A speech event was held on Sunday in Sana’a to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday, organized by Al-Saeeda University.
In the event, Fouad Al-Hadda’a said in the speech of the Education and Scientific Research Ministry that the Yemenis came out in all squares to commemorate the Prophet’s Birthday, expressing their love , loyalty to the Holy Prophet and their close connection to him, following his guidance and following his righteous path.
He emphasized the importance of making this occasion an opportunity to evaluate , know the factors of strength , shortcomings and address the existing imbalances by returning to the values, principles , morals of the Prophet , his glorious biography and cherishing the authentic faith identity to draw strength, pride and dignity from it to advance the country and confront the tyranny and global oppression forces.
Cultural activist Dr. Qais Al-Tal stressed the importance of commemorating the Prophet’s birthday and making the month of Rabiul Awwal of every year a Mo
hammedan month, to renew the covenant, loyalty , love for God and His Messenger, and to strengthen the Yemeni people’s connection to the Holy Prophet and his glorious biography and to follow his example in the face of tyrants and oppressors.
He stressed the need to use the occasion as a platform to strengthen faith identity and moral values, confront the false claims promoted by the aggression and its propaganda, correct misconceptions and educate young people about the danger of the soft war that global Zionism seeks to spread among the nation’s youth and separate them from their role model, the Prophet (PBUH).
University Vice President Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Haifi considered the celebration of the Prophet’s Birthday as an annual station and a great occasion rich in the most important lessons that the Islamic nation needs to establish the pillars of truth , justice , return to the principles , values carried by the Prophet and consolidate them in daily life.
