The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship said a new update to the private infrastructure in “Sanad” application, the gateway to digital government services, triggered a technical glitch that affected access to the platform. In a statement on Wednesday, the ministry said maintenance work is underway to resolve the crash “quickly,” calling on citizens to download their important documents on their phones to use them when such cases reoccur.
