The Russian Defense Ministry announced the elimination of 2,020 Ukrainian soldiers.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in its daily report on the progress of the military operation in Ukraine that during the past 24 hours, units of the “North” forces group on the Volchansk and Lipetsk axes (Kharkov province) struck units of 4 Ukrainian brigades, and units of the “West” forces group improved their tactical position and targeted Ukrainian forces and equipment in Kharkov and Donetsk, and repelled 6 counterattacks, and 2,020 Ukrainian soldiers were eliminated.
It added that 3 missiles, 12 shells, 44 drones, 5 bombs were also shot down, and 7 ammunition depots, two electronic warfare stations, a fuel depot, and a workshop for the production of drones were destroyed.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had managed to eliminate 360 Ukrainian soldiers and destroy 29 armored vehicles belonging to the Ukrainian forces in the Russian Kursk region adjacent to the Ukrainian border
