Today, a ceremonial exchange of duties occurred between the new President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Abdul Momen Shuja Al-Din, and the former President, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel.
In the presence of the Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Marwan Al-Mahagri, the Secretary-General of the Judicial Council, Judge Hashim Aqbat, the Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Judge Ibrahim Al-Shami, and a Supreme Court member, Judge Ahmed Al-Shahari, Judge Al-Mutawakel extended his congratulations to Judge Dr. Abdul Momen for being entrusted by the leadership to lead the Judicial Council. He expressed his best wishes for success to him and the Council members in their endeavors to enhance the judiciary and fulfill the justice sought by all.
