Queen Arwa University in the capital Sana’a has organized a speech event to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday, 1446 AH, under the theme “Mercy to the Worlds.”

Dr. Sadiq al-Sharaji, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research for the Scientific Research Sector, emphasized the significance of this occasion in reflecting on the Prophet’s life, morals, and guidance.

He highlighted the role of the Prophet’s example in unifying the nation and resisting oppression, urging attendees to embody his teachings in their lives.

Dr. Mohammed al-Khayat, Rector of Queen Arwa University, spoke about the profound impact of the Prophet’s birth on Muslims, particularly Yemenis.

He underscored that the celebration should transcend mere decorations, focusing instead on living by the Prophet’s values and principles.

Dr. Al-Khayat called for drawing lessons from the Prophet’s life to guide social, political, and leadership practices.

The event reinforced the importance of following the Prophet’
s teachings and maintaining unity in the face of challenges.
