Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index on Wednesday dropped 23.90 points (0.23 percent), to close at 10,2243.05 points.
A total of 154,718,910 shares were traded, with a trading value of QR 506,314,719.931 from 17.771 transactions in all sectors.
Shares of 12 companies rose in the session, while the prices of another 32 fell and six companies maintained their previous closing prices.
The market capitalization, at the end of the trading session, was 606,568,339,451.200 compared to QR 608,507,236,614.280 in the previous closing.
