In its editorial, Al-Sharq newspaper highlighted the roles played by the State of Qatar in the Afghan issue, which reflected the true essence of its steadfast foreign policy that places great emphasis on mediation and international cooperation through coordination with international partners.

The newspaper concluded by saying that the State of Qatar is currently active in mediating several major issues, including the mediation efforts to halt the war in Gaza, stressing that Doha has emerged as a leading and trustworthy international mediator on the global stage.

On the local front, Al-Arab newspaper said that more than 378,000 students are embarking on a new journey at public and private schools on Sunday, amidst a climate of enthusiasm and optimism among families and schools in the country.

It viewed this academic year as a new beginning in Qatars educational journey, especially with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education preparing to introduce new educational programs as part of its 2025-2030 str
ategy, adding that the State continues to enhance the quality of education and develop the educational environment to meet global challenges and changes.

Al-Arab concluded by noting that the State of Qatar has spared no effort in improving the quality of education over the years, and it continues to create qualified national cadres equipped with knowledge and a motivated workforce for development and progress in the country, alongside effective expatriate labor to achieve the goals of Vision 2030.

In its editorial, the Peninsula newspaper highlighted the competitions at the Paris Paralympics where athletes from across the globe are vying for top honors in multiple disciplines, noting that Qatar also regularly participates in the Paralympics since making its debut in the 1996 Summe Paralympics in Atlanta.

It added that Al Annabi athletes have won a total of three medals with Abdulrahman Abdulqadir, who won a bronze medal in the mens shot put F34 at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics, being their last medalist. The
2016 Summer Paralympics held in Rio de Janeiro was Qatars most successful Games when Sara Masud (womens shot put) and Abdulrahman claimed silver medals.

The newspaper concluded by stressing that the Qatar Paralympic Committee and Qatar Olympic Committee are giving all-out support to the athletes to shine in Paris.
