Researcher Bassem Mahmoud Ibrahim Al-Sayes received a doctorate from the Business Administration Center for Postgraduate Studies – Sana’a University, for his thesis entitled ‘The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior’.. A field study at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation.
The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Jamal Dirham Zaid, the dissertation supervisor from the University of Science and Technology – a member, Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Al-Shami, an internal discussant from the University of Sana’a – chairman, and Dr. Abdullah Ali Al-Qurashi – an external examiner from the University of Dhamar – a member.
