Parliament speaker congratulates Ugandan counterpart

Parliament speaker Yahya al-Ra’i on Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Speaker of the House of Representatives of Uganda Anita Annette Amin Bean.

In the cable, al-Ra’i congratulated Bean and the Ugandan people on the occasion of Uganda’s National Day celebrations.
