RAMALLAH, Palestine recorded 486 new coronavirus cases and three deaths in the last 24 hours, Minister of Health Mai Alkaila said today in her daily report on the pandemic.
She said that the three deaths were recorded in the Gaza Strip, which had 287 new cases, while 130 patients have recovered.
The West Bank recorded 199 new cases while 42 patients have recovered.
Alkaila said 27 patients are currently getting treatment for the virus in hospitals, and 11 are in intensive care, while two are on ventilators.
A total of 512,416 people have been vaccinated against the corona disease in the West Bank and 113,863 in the Gaza Strip.
