Rabat: The second meeting of the Joint Committee for Coordination and Cooperation between the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), kicked off in Rabat, Morocco, on Tuesday.
The event is co-chaired by Director-General of ICESCO, Dr. Salim M. AlMalik, and Assistant Secretary General for Humanitarian, Cultural, Social and Family Affairs at OIC, Tariq Ali Bakhit.
The meeting discussed cooperation developments between the two organizations, upgradation mechanisms and the proposed projects for the coming period, through implementing a multitude of initiatives and programs for the benefit of the Islamic world countries in the areas of shared interest.
