Mohammed al-Durra Hospital in Jahana district of Sana’a province on Wednesday held a special event to mark the upcoming anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday.

The event, which was attended by Dr. Talal al-Jabri, the hospital director, and Col. Naji Sanad, deputy director of the third security region, featured a speech by cultural activist Ahsan al-Abbadi.

Al-Abbadi emphasized the significance of celebrating the Prophet’s birthday as a means to reconnect the Islamic community with its prophetic heritage.

He praised the hospital’s medical staff for their vital role in providing charity and urged widespread participation in the central celebrations scheduled for the 12th of Rabi’ al-Awwal in the capital, Sana’a.

Lt Col. Yahya al-Jarmi, the district security chief also attended the event, which included chants and poetry reflecting the spirit of the occasion.
