The Ministry of Health said the number of civilians killed since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank on October 7, has surged to 11517, in addition to around 32 thousand injured. The ministry stressed in its daily report on the aggression that it has been facing challenges for the fourth consecutive day in updating the number of casualties due to the breakdown in services and communication in hospitals in the northern Strip. It explained that the number of people killed in the Israeli aggression on Gaza reached up until yesterday, November 14, 11320, including 4650 children, 3145 women, and 685 elderly. The number of injured reached more than 29 thousand. The ministry noted that over 3600 civilians are still missing or under the rubble, including 1750 children.
