Marib tribes continue to prevent exit of oil and gas locomotives from Safer, rejecting mercenary government’s dose

The Marib tribes continue to prevent the departure of oil and gas transport locomotives from the Safer refineries towards the city of Marib for the fifth day in a row, in protest against the mercenary government’s decision to impose a dose on the prices of locally produced gasoline.

A local source explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that tribal militants are continuing their attacks on the international line linking Safer and the city of Marib to prevent the departure of locomotives, and demanding the cancellation of the dose imposed on gasoline prices, which exceeded 300 percent, and stopping the manipulation and smuggling of gasoline and gas produced from Safer fields.

Violent confrontations broke out between tribal militants and the Muslim Brotherhood militia, resulting in four deaths and the burning of a number of gasoline and gas locomotives.

t of the Safer Company loyal to the Islah Party and the sale by influential figures and Brotherhood leaders of the quantities produced from Safer fields on the black market, at the expense of the suffering of citizens.
