His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday a congratulatory cable to North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un in celebration of his country’s national day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir conveyed his best wishes for the President’s health and wellbeing, along with hopes for North Korea’s continued success and prosperity.
