Israeli occupation forces seize controls for heavy equipment in Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem

The Israeli occupation forces today seized controls for operating heavy equipment worth over $30,000 after raiding a quarry in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, said witnesses.

They said the soldiers raided the quarry in the morning hours and closed all roads leading to it with dirt mounds to prevent anyone from reaching it after seizing the controls for operating the heavy equipment used to excavate gravel and stone from the ground.

The area had previously come under attack during which the army would seize the heavy equipment working in the quarry causing big financial losses to the owners.
