RAMALLAH, Two Palestinians were killed by the Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday in Al-Khalil (Hebron) in the West Bank, said Palestinian authorities on Tuesday.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated in a press release that Jihad Shaladeh, 39, was killed by the Israeli occupation forces in the northeast of Al-Khalil.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted medical sources in Al-Khalil as saying that Ramez Al-Halayqa, 22, was killed and dozens of citizens were suffocated during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces.
Local sources explained that the occupation forces stormed and raided towns and carried out searches in multiple houses, which led to the outbreak of clashes.
