House of Representatives condemns continuation of Zionist crime against civilians in Syria, Lebanon and Palestine

The House of Representatives condemned the continuation of Zionist criminality with US-British support on residential neighborhoods in Syria, Lebanon, and the occupied Palestinian territories, the latest of which was the targeting of a residential neighborhood in Damascus, which led to the martyrdom of a Yemeni citizen, his wife, three of his daughters and several Syrian civilians.

In a statement issued today, the Council considered this crime against innocent people a flagrant infringement on civilian life, a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of an Arab State, and a challenge to international laws and conventions on human rights.

The Council deplored the continued Arab silence and betrayal towards those massacres and war crimes committed by the occupying Zionist entity against the sons, capabilities, and sanctities of the nation in full view of the world and the international community, which has abandoned its responsibilities and false claims to protect human rights.

The House of Representatives als
o called on the heads and members of Arab, regional, and international parliaments, the free world, the United Nations, the United Nations Security Council, and their international and human rights bodies and organizations to assume legal, moral and humanitarian responsibility by condemning all crimes and violations committed by Zionist war criminals against civilian life, as well as serious and urgent action to stop the crimes of the Israeli enemy in the region.

It reiterated on the first anniversary of the start of the battle of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” the steadfastness and firmness of Yemen’s position in support of the Palestinian cause and the issues of the nation until the defeat of the Zionist occupation from all occupied Palestinian and Arab territories.
