The leadership of the Red Sea Ports Corporation on Wednesday carried out a field visit to the docks of Hodeida Port, to review the conditions of the crews of ships anchored in the port.

The head of the Corporation, Zaid Al-Washli, and his deputy, Nasr Al-Nusairi, met with members of the ship’s crews, as part of the efforts undertaken by the Corporation’s leadership to follow up on work at the port’s facilities after it was targeted by the Israeli aggression.

During the visits, Al-Washli and Al-Nusairi honored the ship crews with shields and gifts embodying Yemeni popular heritage, as an expression of pride in their efforts and effective role in enhancing the work of Hodeida Port services.

The head of the Corporation explained that the visit comes within the framework of the Corporation’s keenness to monitor the conditions of ship crews anchored on the docks of Hodeida Port, to enhance cooperation with the Corporation’s partners.

For his part, Al-Nusairi confirmed that the port of Hodeida is working at a h
igh pace in receiving ships loaded with goods.

They were accompanied by the directors of marine operations, Captain Muhammad Al-Sayes, the docks and squares, Captain Ghamdan Muharram, and the planning and statistics director, Dr. Wadah Mujmal.
