Reports in Israeli media revealed satellite images showing medium- and long-range ballistic missile launch pads deep in the Sinai Mountains in Egypt.

The Hebrew website, which is issued by the extreme right-wing Israeli party, tried to downplay the danger of these platforms to Israel’s security, saying that there is no cause for concern in Israel.
The Hebrew website claimed that Egypt has been keen to possess ballistic missiles since the 1960s, when it recruited German scientists who are said to be working on the Nazi V2 project to arm themselves for the final battle against Israel.
