A team from the Public Health and Population Office in Taiz Province carried out field visits to evaluate the level of services in health facilities supported by the human capital project implemented in 113 health facilities in various directorates of the province.
Director of the Province Health Office, Dr. Abdul Malik Al-Mutawakkil, explained that the evaluation of health facilities comes within the office’s plans to identify weaknesses and strengths in the work of health facilities with the aim of improving the quality of health services.
He praised the efforts of supporters and workers in the health sector in the province in alleviating the suffering of patients in light of the difficult circumstances that Yemen is going through.
In turn, Deputy Director of the Province Health Office – Team Leader, Dr. Fadl Al-Qubati, pointed out the importance of supervision and evaluation in improving performance in health facilities and addressing the difficulties facing their work.
