Guterres: Lebanon on the brink of the abyss and cannot become a new Gaza
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres confirmed that Lebanon is on the brink of the abyss and cannot become a new Gaza.
Guterres said: “The world is like a powder keg that can explode and some countries believe that they can violate international laws without accountability or supervision,” indicating, “We are witnessing crimes without accountability in the Middle East and civilians are paying the price.”
