SANA’A – SABA :

Foreign Affairs Ministry condemned in the strongest terms the continued US-British aggression against Yemen, the latest of which was the raids that targeted the vicinity of a girls’ school in Al-Jund area in Taiz province, killing two female students and wounding nine others.

FM spokesman Ambassador Waheed Al-Shami said that the aggression against civilians and civilian objects is a blatant violation of the United Nations Charter, international law and all international norms and covenants.

He emphasized that the US-British aggression, which began in January, does not aim to protect international navigation in the Red Sea, but rather to protect the Zionist entity and support it to continue its criminality against civilians in Gaza.

Al-Shami emphasized that the US-British aggression will not deter Sana’a from its principled stance in support of the Palestinian cause and rejection of the Zionist aggression against the Palestinians in Gaza Strip.

He called on the international community, led
by the Security and Human Rights Councils, to condemn the barbaric aggression against Yemen as a victory for moral , humanitarian values and international laws.
