The Executive Center for Mine Action held a special event on Wednesday to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday.

The celebration, which took place on the 8th of Rabi’ al-Awwal 1446 AH, highlighted the deep-rooted connection of the Yemeni people to this significant religious occasion.

Mohammed al-Amrani, the Director of Operations at the Center, addressed attendees, emphasizing the importance of this day as a reflection of Yemen’s faith and its reverence for the Prophet.

Al-Amrani noted that the people of Yemen eagerly anticipate the twelfth day of Rabi’ al-Awwal each year to celebrate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad in a grand festival.

He described the anniversary as a time to reflect on the teachings and example of the Prophet, urging all to draw inspiration from his life and principles.

Al-Amrani also acknowledged the unique and profound way in which Yemenis honor this occasion, underscoring the nation’s enduring connection to the Prophet of Mercy and Humanity.

various activities, including performances and songs, which conveyed the significance of the celebration and its cherished place in Yemeni hearts.
