EU Commission President says ceasefire in Gaza, Lebanon must be worked on

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Wednesday, during the start of the EU-Gulf Cooperation Council Summit, that a ceasefire must be worked on in Gaza and Lebanon.

According to the Italian news agency Aki, von der Leyen called for ensuring humanitarian access and the release of detainees and prisoners in the Gaza Strip.
