Sana’a (Saba) – Minister of Economy, Industry and Investment, Eng. Moeen Al-Mahaqri, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Leader of the Revolution, al-Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, and the members of the Council on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the glorious September 21 Revolution.
