The Prime Minister of the caretaker government, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, met today, Tuesday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the caretaker government, Engineer Hisham Sharaf.
In the meeting, Dr. Bin Habtoor stressed the importance of the role played by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs despite the political siege it has been suffering since the beginning of the aggression.
He praised the efforts of the Ministry’s leadership and its employees in reviewing the laws and regulations regulating diplomatic work, in line with the general directives of Sayyed Leader aimed at creating a specialized diplomatic cadre capable of defending the sovereignty and interests of the Republic of Yemen and preserving its international standing.
The caretaker Prime Minister pointed out that Yemen’s distinguished geographical location , the human and natural resources it possesses contribute to strengthening its position inside and outside the region.
He expressed his thanks and appreciation for the various diplomatic e
fforts undertaken by the Ministry, including conveying the vision and directives of the Revolutionary Leader related to a just and honorable peace , Yemen’s humanitarian and moral position in supporting the oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.
While FM, during the meeting attended by the Minister of State for the Outcomes of the National Dialogue in the caretaker government, Ahmed Hamati, presented a summary of the most important work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the past period and its keenness to provide all state institutions with the international decisions and reports it obtains in a way that ensures that the relevant state institutions remain informed.
Keeping informed of all international developments, especially in the field of economic development, sustainable development, and climate change, because of their direct impact on the lives of citizens and development plans.
He affirmed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ blessings on what was stated in Sayyed Leader’s speech on the oc
casion of the new Hijri year, pointing out that the Ministry is conveying what is contained in the words of the Revolution Leader to the international community, and emphasizing that what Sayyed Leader mentioned comes within the framework of Sana’a’s affirmation of extending its hand toward peace and reaching peace a comprehensive, just and equitable political settlement for the Yemeni people.
Minister Sharaf explained that the Ministry confirmed through its communications that the aggression coalition must seize the opportunity to end the aggression and comprehensive blockade, which will reflect positively on maintaining international peace , security in the region, and establish bilateral relations based on mutual respect and non-interference in the internal affairs of others.
