The Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources Ministers, Dr. Radwan Al-Rabaei, and Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khalid Al-Hawali, discussed the preparation progress of the guide to develop services and simplify procedures at the Agriculture and Fisheries Ministry.

The meeting, which included Undersecretary of the Ministry of Service Abdullah Haider and a number of officials and heads of teams in the Ministry of Agriculture specialized in preparing the guide for the ministry, stressed the concerted efforts importance and guide speedy completion , which is considered a national project that is the first of its kind in the advancing path the administrative reality adopted by the Ministry of Civil Service in accordance with the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council.

Minister Al-Rabaei appreciated the role of the civil service in supervision, follow-up and evaluation in this aspect, praising the draft manpower management policy that pl
ans on the field work basis .

He urged to intensify efforts and cooperation between the two ministries and set priorities in coordination with a team from the Communications Ministry to make the network connection , start with the infrastructure and automation program.

The Civil Service Minister pointed out that the program of the Government of Change and Construction focuses on institutional reform, service development and construction to reach e-government, explaining that 40 to 80 service units have completed the guide and there are units under construction. He pointed out that the automation project will be initiated to facilitate services for citizens.
