Dozens of people from the village of Awlad Muslim and neighboring villages in the district of Al-Musayyib, north of Hillah, demonstrated today, Friday, to demand the rehabilitation of roads and the provision of water and electricity.
A correspondent for /NINA/ said, ‘Dozens of people from the village of Awlad Muslim and neighboring villages demonstrated and blocked the road linking Hillah and the district of Al-Musayyib to demand the provision of water and electricity.
He added that the demonstrators threatened to sit-in and block the highway linking Babylon and Baghdad if their demands were not met
