Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Ali al-Yafei met on Monday with several citizens to address their grievances and oversee the resolution of their issues.
Accompanied by ministry officials, Dr. al-Yafei heard complaints primarily concerning work visas and tourism office services.
He emphasized the ministry’s commitment to resolving these issues and ensuring citizens’ rights are upheld.
Dr. al-Yafei urged tourism and travel office owners to act with honesty and integrity, warning against any form of deception or exploitation.
He also instructed ministry staff to handle citizens’ concerns with diligence and promptness.
