A meeting in Sana’a today, chaired by Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Ali Al-Yafei, discussed arrangements for launching the second phase of the tourism program guide project for tourist and historical landmarks related to the faith identity and its media.
The meeting included the Executive Director of the Tourism Promotion Council, Jarallah Fadel, the project manager, Abdulrahim Al-Sabri, and a number of leaders of the tourism sector in the ministry.
The Minister Al-Yafei emphasized the importance of the guide project in promoting the culture associated with the faith identity, and documenting the history of the most important religious , archaeological shrines in Yemen , the flags of Huda , their contributions throughout ancient and contemporary history.
In turn, the Executive Director of the Tourism Promotion Council discussed the importance of the guide in the provinces that abound in Islamic monuments.
Al-Sabri reviewed the stages of the project, what was achieved during the first phase and the g
uidelines of the second phase, its contents and implementation mechanisms to enable it to achieve the desired goal according to the specified timetable.
