The Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance organized the 15th training course on the manual for developing services and simplifying procedures in public service units which concluded on Wednesday at the National Institute of Administrative Sciences.

The course targeted in ten days trainees representing the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, the Capital Sana’a, the Medical Council, oil and gas institutions, cement industry, agricultural services, the Tribal Affairs Authority, the Supreme Medical Committee, the Supreme Council of Community Colleges and the Center for Studies and Research.

In conclusion, the Dean of the Institute of Administrative Sciences, Dr. Mohamed Al-Qatabri, pointed out that the guide for developing services and simplifying procedures is a national project that is the first of its kind in the path of advancing the administrative reality, which was adopted by the Ministry of Civil Service in accordance with the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the Suprem
e Political Council, as part of the contents of the national vision of the modern Yemeni state.

He pointed out that the training program for the guide, which is supervised by specialized academic teaching cadres from the Institute, aims to transform the trained cadres from various state facilities into expert trainers capable of making development in their entities by preparing experimental guides for the service provider and the beneficiary.

Dr. Al-Qatabari considered the training programs an actual and real beginning of radical change in public service units, getting rid of the complex routine of procedures and transactions, and providing distinct, qualitative and easy services to citizens.

He praised the interaction of the trainees, their excellence and their keenness to absorb the contents of the course program, stressing that real success is what will be implemented on the ground in their institutions.
