Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad, along with his deputy Nabeeh Abu Shusaa, inaugurated on Sunday a comprehensive cleaning campaign for the Revolution Sports City facilities in the Capital Sana’a.

This initiative is part of the preparations to celebrate the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birth.

The campaign was launched with the participation of the ministry’s undersecretaries, as well as leaders and staff from the Youth Care Fund and affiliated organizations.

Dr. Al-Mawalad emphasized that the campaign aligns with the religious teachings of cleanliness advocated by God and His Messenger.

He highlighted that the initiative aims to foster a culture of cleanliness, promote public volunteerism, and encourage cooperative efforts for the common good.

He called on those responsible for clubs, sports unions, and youth organizations to engage actively in the cleaning campaign and other preparations for the Prophet’s birthday celebration.

Dr. al-Mawalad stressed that these activities sh
ould reflect the deep love and respect for the Prophet Muhammad, may God’s blessings be upon him and his family.

He noted that this occasion should serve as a catalyst for unifying national efforts, improving the nation’s circumstances, and upholding the values of sacrifice and dignity in defense of the country’s sanctities.
