The Charitable Center for Kidney Dialysis in Hajjah province on Thursday celebrated two significant milestones: the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and the tenth anniversary of the center’s establishment.

Director of the Center Dr. Abdulmalik Jahhaf addressed attendees, including Muhammad Yahya Salba, Chairman of al-Nasr Club, emphasizing the importance of commemorating the Prophet’s birthday.

He highlighted how such celebrations counteract efforts to sever the nation’s connection to its Prophet and reaffirm the community’s faith.

The event showcased aspects of the Prophet’s life, his struggles, and his pivotal role in unifying the Islamic nation.

Dr. Jahhaf also reviewed the center’s decade-long success in providing free dialysis services to the poor, underscoring the support from philanthropists that reflects the values of the Prophet Muhammad.

A member of the Yemeni Scholars Association Abdulmajeed Sharaf al-Din spoke on the significance of reviving the Prophet’s birthday to draw les
sons in confronting adversaries and promoting social solidarity.

He praised the Yemeni community’s engagement in the celebrations and emphasized the Prophet’s universal message of mercy and guidance.

Dean Abdullah Mayah of the University of Quranic Sciences Branch stressed that national reform can only be achieved by returning to the teachings of the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad.

He called for widespread participation in the central activities on the 12th of Rabi’ al-Awwal to honor the Prophet’s legacy and impact.
