The branches of the General Telecommunications Corporation (GTC), the Postal Authority, and the Telecom and Construction Company (TeleYemen) in Hodeida Province organized on Thursday an evening celebrating the Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday.
The evening dealt with aspects of the glorious biography of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) and the significance of this event, which represented a milestone in human history and the beginning of the light and guidance path .
In the evening, the province first deputy governor , Ahmed Al-Bishri, pointed out that the Yemeni people’s celebrations of the Prophet’s Birthday are of great momentum, in recognition of the great status of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and his family.
The first deputy governor explained that the celebration of Mawlid is a revival of the values of following the Prophet that can confront the attacks of enemies and return to the glory and dignity front that God and His Messenger wanted for Muslims, drawing lessons from the li
fe and jihadist career of the Prophet Muhammad.
During the evening, which was attended by the provincial deputies, Ali Qashar and Ali Kabari, and the director of the Telecommunications Corporation branch, Ali Heba Makki, the director of the Postal Authority branch in the province, Hussein Habib, gave a speech in which he reviewed commemoration the spiritual and faith aspects of this great religious occasion.
For his part, Sheikh Ali Asabi, Vice President of Dar Al Uloom Sharia University, considered the Prophet’s Birthday anniversary a faithful station through which everyone stands on the reality of the nation and the weakness that has afflicted it, urging to return to the Prophet path , and to evoke all the meanings of strength and raise the flag of truth in the falsehood face , according to the Qur’anic faith values that were embodied in the life of the honorable Prophet Muhammad – may God’s peace and blessings be upon him and his family – in the course of his life.
